I  wouldn’t be doing justice if I do not thank Vijay for spending the time and effort with me; to get me to understand the improvements needed, without ever rubbing my nose in it. He has been a fabulous and very patient listener, especially early on, when I used to talk on and on about the glorious things I had done. He had a great way to reflect back upon me, what I was – and importantly what I could be. His zen-like stature did all that without even a hint of strain in our relationship. I feel grateful, lucky and blessed to be his coachee. I would definitely try to leverage this relationship and gain more from Vijay.
